What is the future of AI in iGaming?
Glenn: Oh, who the hell who hasn't worked with AI from all of us, I mean, nowadays, you know, I can't imagine myself actually being without it. The thing is it is a game changer, definitely, but maybe not in the way most people think. People are overly concerned that AI is going to be taking away jobs and roles. I use it for is more like an assistant. They can help you come up with decisions, but they can't, do the exact replicate what a human being could actually do. They are there to help you optimize.
Paul: Ai can definitely help in iGaming, for example, if you want to segment some players, it does some automation on segmentation and help you with overall CRM. I agree with Glenn it is sort of like an assistant. But, it cannot be creative. It can't go yet to the conferences or anything like that. It's still a fairly new thing, so we don't yet know how it's going to develop itself.
Yanina: From my point of view, AI was there for a while and used in iGaming, but then it became a very big, trendy topic where people talked a lot, but we didn't see really practical cases of its work. However, in 2024, we can see how businesses actually implement AI in their daily processes and in their products. It helps certain teams with certain tasks. For example in technology, you can just use the assistant not to write the whole code, just help you find the exact type of code for a problem. This technology opens the doors to something more: I watched this really great social, commercial from Microsoft on how AI helps them to hire people with disabilities and how they can actually work in software development by using these AI tools. They do the same job more simplified using less physical skills in order to achieve the same results as other people would do in their teams. And I think that's really inspirational.
